All Fenced Up provides professional fencing services, including but not limited to:

• Ornamental fencing

• Custom fence design and builds

• Commercial and residential fencing solutions

• Fence repairs and maintenance

Service availability, timelines, and pricing depend on property conditions, size, and the scope of the project.

3. Estimates & Proposals

All estimates and proposals are based on information provided at the time of request. Final pricing may be adjusted following an in-person assessment or measurement.

Unless otherwise stated, all quotes remain valid for 30 days.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide clear access to the work area

• Ensure availability of necessary utilities such as electricity or water

• Communicate any changes or concerns in a timely manner

• Make payments as outlined in the accepted proposal or service agreement

5. Warranties & Limitations

All Fenced Up is committed to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Warranty details for labor and materials will be specified in your individual service agreement.

All Fenced Up is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing issues not visible during initial inspection

• Damage caused by circumstances outside our control, including severe weather events

6. Payments & Cancellations

Payment terms are outlined in your proposal or contract. A deposit may be required before work begins.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including photos, logos, and written material, is the property of All Fenced Up and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without express written permission.

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
